The past two months have been nothing short of exhilarating! In October, I celebrated two significant milestones: the release of my book, Making the Turn, and my 30th birthday. Life has truly been good to me, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be on this journey.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is representing amazing companies and building a brand that stands as a testament to the effectiveness of my coaching. Every day, I am reminded of how lucky I am to help my students achieve their golf goals. A giant thank you to all my students and everyone who trusts me with their golf games; it’s a responsibility I do not take lightly. I don’t believe we’re just teaching golf here—we're changing lives.
November brought another fantastic opportunity to celebrate my mentor and friend, Michael Jacobs, at the PGA Frisco Awards Dinner, held at the home of the PGA of America. We enjoyed an unforgettable evening filled with recognition and camaraderie. It was surreal to sit next to Steve Elkington, the 1995 PGA Champion, sharing stories and insights about the game. I also had the privilege of sitting at a table with fellow golf instructors who teach at the highest levels of the game. Witnessing Jason Baile receive his award for excellence in teaching and coaching was a delightful treat as well!
A huge thank you to Radley Run Country Club for hosting a book reading and signing of Making the Turn on November 7. We also had the honor of hosting the PGA Championship trophy at Radley Run that evening, an experience made even more special as I had the opportunity to share it with my grandmother. Moments like these remind me of the personal connections that enrich the world of golf.
I am incredibly thankful to be in rooms filled with such talented teachers, coaches, and passionate individuals in the golf industry. Their support and knowledge inspire me to elevate my own coaching techniques and strive for greatness every day.
As Thanksgiving approaches, I eagerly look forward to the holiday season and a well-deserved vacation. Here’s to gratitude, growth, and the exciting road ahead in our golfing adventures!
Thank you for being part of this incredible journey with me.
